   Role Profile and Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, validate and document business and system requirements

• Ensure that implemented software solution fulfills business needs

• Responsible for software quality management
  

• Identify/rollout transport management system enhancements, ensure testing and audit compliance together with the business leaders and the project team

• Support the continuous development and improvement of training materials

   Key Skills and Requirements:

• Understanding of the global freight forwarding industry

• Profound knowledge and experience in requirements engineering for software solutions

• Experience in software testing

• Strong analytical and intuitive investigative skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• The ability to work in a project and team environment across different assignments and cultures
