Product Owner Global Transport Management System Air/Sea (m/f/d)

   Role Profile and Key Responsibilities:

• Functionally lead the set-up and configuration of the TMS and steer smart configuration to gain highest possible productivity, automation and quality improvements
• Functionally lead the integration of the TMS into the Hellmann IT landscape (customer integrations, Finance integration, etc.)
• Manage new product releases
• Manage the software vendor in terms of enhancements
• Gather, validate and document business and system requirements
• Ensure the set-up of the new TMS fulfils business needs
• Responsibility for software quality management
• Identify/rollout TMS enhancements, ensure testing and audit compliance together with the business leaders and the project team
• Support the continuous development and improvement of the TMS

   Key Skills and Requirements:

• Understanding of the global freight forwarding industry 
• Experience of a product owner for a business critical application
• Experience with the implementation of a Transport Management System
• Profound knowledge and experience in requirements engineering for software solutions
• Experience in software testing
• Strong analytical and intuitive investigative skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
