   Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the rollout of the new Transport Management System driving business process transformation along with it, incl. change management, training, etc.

  • Train regional Airfreight trainers and Airfreight key users on the standard and newly designed Airfreight processes

  • Support regional trainers on a day to day basis in Airfreight operational and process related matters

  • Moderation of global and regional workshops

  • Creation of work instructions

  • Creation of training approaches and documentation

   Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of the global airfreight forwarding industry

  • Experience with airfreight processes

  • Experience with the implementation of a TMS is a plus

  • Experience with giving trainings to team leads, supervisory, operators

  • Ability to professionally explain and train global business processes, system use and behaviour, organizational changes

  • Strong analytical and investigative skills

  • Strong self-confidence, decision making and problem solving skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Empathy skills: ability to place yourself in the shoes of the audience

  • The ability to work in a project and team environment across different assignments and cultures

  • Ability to establish credibility amongst a range of management team members

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to effectively deal with all levels of employees

  • Strong moderation and facilitation skills

  • Flexible towards traveling and longer stays abroad 

  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a must
