   Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and rollout of standard operating procedures (SOP), system enhancements, business process changes, etc. from start to finish and audit compliance together with the business leaders and the project team

  • Analyze process performance metrics and identify gaps and drive improvements

  • Co-create business cases with business leaders and monitor business case achievement

  • Support process re-engineering and  organizational re-structuring initiatives


   Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of the global freight forwarding industry

  • Experience in Business Process Management and methodologies such as lean, agile, design thinking, business process modeling, project management

  • Strong analytical and intuitive investigative skills

  • Strong self-confidence, good judgment, and sound decision making and problem solving skills

  • Project management skills

  • The ability to work in a project and team environment across different assignments and cultures

  • Flexible towards traveling and longer stays abroad

  • International and intercultural experience

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Fluency in English and German, further language skills are beneficial
