   Key Responsibilities:

  • Master the eLearning software package and become the expert for our team
  • Support the setup & approach of a digital knowledge platform for our Air/Sea business unit
  • Create a multi-dimensional structure for digital on-the-job process guidance e.g. standard vs customer specific instructions
  • Create a release, maintenance & update approach for operational work instructions
  • Create, test and deploy eLearning content
  • With the introduction of the eLearning software support the rollout of the new Transport Management System (TMS) driving business process transformation and standardization as well as enable business process compliance throughout day-to-day work

 

   Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of the global air- and/or sea freight forwarding industry
  • Experience with processes, on-the-job training and Standard Operating Procedures / Work instructions for a TMS user is a plus
  • Ability to professionally explain global business processes, system use and behaviour
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills
  • Strong self-confidence, decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to place yourself in the shoes of the audience
  • The ability to work in a project and team environment across different assignments and cultures
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a must
  • Experience with the implementation of a TMS or training software package is a plus
  • Experience with structuring / giving trainings to team leads, supervisory or operators
  • Moderation of global and regional workshops
