Business Process Manager focus Transport Management System (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:
Consult and work collaboratively with business process owners to identify opportunities, plan and prioritize business process improvement initiatives
Design processes in conjunction with the implementation of a new Transport Management System (TMS) and set-up the new system accordingly
Drive the business process transformation along with the implementation of a new TMS, incl. change management, training, etc.
Co-create business cases with business leaders and monitor business case achievement
Key Skills and Requirements:
Solid understanding of the global freight forwarding industry
Experience in Business Process Management and methodologies such as lean, agile, design thinking or business process modeling
Strong analytical and investigative skills
Strong self-confidence, decision making and problem solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong project management skills
The ability to work in a project and team environment across different assignments and cultures
Ability to establish credibility amongst a range of management team members
Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to effectively deal with all levels of employees
Strong moderation and facilitation skills
Flexible towards traveling and longer stays abroad
