   Key Responsibilities:

  • Introduction and later further development of sales and marketing modules
  • Consulting of internal process owners for optimizations with Dynamics CRM
  • Conceptual design for the implementation of requirements
  • Development of solutions for the MS Dynamics 365 CRM platform
  • Realization of projects with internal software developers and external implementation partners
  • Preparation and execution of internal trainings for the CRM system for the sales staff
  • System administration

 

   Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, business administration or corresponding professional training
  • Project and / or implementation experience in the area of Dynamics 365
  • Organizational talent with a strong sense of service and responsibility
  • Strong communication skills, team player and proactive working style
  • Fluent or business fluent German and English skills
