   Your functions:

  • Expansion and maintenance of strategic relationships with all major decision-makers within the organization of the assigned strategic customers
  • Developing new business potential by analyzing the customer structure, development and corporate planning within the personal customer portfolio
  • Intensive market observation, including competitive analysis
  • Support and coordination of key account customers together with the management based in Germany and abroad.
  • Responsible for the preparation and implementation of an individual customer business plan in consultation with the line manager and the operative departments
  • Preparation, processing and coordination of offers and tenders in cooperation with the strategic tender management.
  • Control and management of sales activities through consistent use of the available sales management instruments.
  • Responsibility for recording all market/customer-relevant facts and deriving appropriate measures.

 

 

   Your qualification:

  • Completed training as a forwarding merchant or completed commercial studies
  • Professional experience in the transport and logistics industry as well as in sales and field service, including customer visits
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Commitment, creativity, motivation
  • Very good knowledge of the English language
  • MS Office skills
  • Travel Readiness
