   Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and taking ownership of the entire tender process from planning to final result
  • Working closely with the Sales, Product Teams and all other internal stakeholders to translate a tender strategy into a tactical project plan
  • Overseeing the coordination of this plan, and taking ownership of those parts that fall under the Tendermanagement responsibility
  • Supporting the Account Owner in the analysis of customers’ needs and all tender related processes
  • Driving continuous improvement through a strong tender follow-up with all stakeholders within the tender management process

 

   Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum of University Bachelor degree or Logistics Apprenticeship or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Seafreight and Airfreight product
  • Experiences in various areas of freight forwarding (sales, operations, customer service etc.)
  • Advanced level MS Office and business applications
  • Highly analytical and ability to creatively translate complexity into clear instructions understood by all organizational levels
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, written and spoken
  • Strong understanding and practical know-how of coordinating various independent stakeholders under a tight deadline
  • Experience in professional project management in an international environment
