Join our global Strategic Product Development team! The Strategic Product Development department is an integral part of Hellmann’s Global Sea Freight organization. Representing FCL and LCL within the organization the team takes a leading role to identify, evaluate, initiate and further develop potential commercial improvements in key products of Hellmann’s Seafreight division.

» Your tasks:
  • Manage business growth based on innovative strategies and digitalization projects for our Global Seafreight
  • Develop and promote a product vision
  • Definition of strategic goals and decision making on product roadmap
  • Manage the product backlog
  • Product discovery and responsible for business case pitches
  • Data driven analysis for innovation projects and KPI governance after implementation
  • Lead a cross functional team with FCL & LCL experts, Business Process Management as well as members from Digital, IT and Sales
 
» Your profile:
  • Experience in the freight forwarding industry, ideally in commercial and/or operational Seafreight (experience of > 2 years)
  • Completed logistics apprenticeship and or completed University degree/Diploma in Logistics
  • Expertise in Rate Management System
  • Experience in Product Ownership and agile work methods are beneficial
  • First experience in data analytics and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • The ability to lead a project with strong communication skills in a cross functional and complex stakeholder environment
  • Decision making and risk taking capabilities
