CRM Marketing Expert (m/f/d)

» Your Responsibility:

• You are responsible, along with the team, for the continuous development and implementation of our CRM marketing processes.
• You are the point of contact for implementing the agreed CRM marketing solutions, either personally or through internal staff or external service providers.
• You will maintain close communication with internal and external IT interfaces involved.
• Your responsibility is to leverage CRM expertise for external market development.
• You will be a key player in communicating knowledge and best practices regarding the latest CRM developments to local and regional contacts.
• You are an important sparring partner for our stakeholders identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving customer engagement and loyalty.

» Your Profile:

• You should have advanced experiences (2-3 Years) in working with CRM Marketing Modules.
• You need to have basic Microsoft Dynamics knowledge, preferably in the Sales & Marketing modules.
• You have a technical understanding of interface development.
• Ideally you have experience with agile project methods, such as Scrum.
• You have strong conceptual and analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• You are a strong communicator, have a proactive approach as well as enthusiasm for innovative solutions and a collaborative mindset.
• You can communicate excellently in English.
