Our Global Complex Customer Implementation Air&Sea team is looking for an experienced and skilled Data Analyst (m/f/d). You will play a crucial role in driving our customer experience while building our “customer performance management dashboard suite” as well as upgrading and standardizing our customer-facing report suite. On the one hand, you will be responsible for measuring the most valuable data, for analysing it, interpreting it, visualizing it, and for creating standardized reporting. On the other hand, we truly believe that a report is only as valuable as the report user can drive the intended change by working with the report. Therefore, you will be required to communicate with and manage stakeholders to help the user understand their data needs and deliver actionable solutions. We seek an expert (m/f/d) in data analytics and an empathetic candidate (m/f/d) who loves to drive and facilitate the change process to a more data-driven company culture by establishing report standards for various target groups.
