Data Analyst / Data Consultant in the Digital Customer Experience Team (m/f/d)

» Your responsibilities:

• Data collection, cleaning, preparation, analysis and visualization
• Build reports for internal stakeholders with the aim to create a standard report suite in order to drive performance management
• Create a standard report suite for customers to give them the data-fundament to successfully run their own logistics
• Develop visualizations which focuses on monitoring data quality along our operational performance (focusing on tracking / event data)
• Evaluate new data sources with the aim to establish a reliable single source of data for our visibility project
• Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to co-develop and jointly foster a data-driven culture
• Promote data literacy and provide training sessions or workshops to enhance the understanding of data analysis techniques among stakeholders
• Be an active team member of our agile-working product team “Visibility Air & Sea” which aims to enable operators and customers to manage their logistics successfully by managing exceptions proactively

» Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. A master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Consultant, with a track record of successfully delivering data-driven insights and solutions
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel)
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and experience applying statistical methods for data analysis
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality and data management principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a detail-oriented mindset
• Experience with machine learning techniques and predictive modeling is a plus
• Fluent in English and German, any other language is a plus
