» Main Responsibilities:
- Generate new business growth and ensure customer / business retention
- Develop an own customer portfolio and be accountable for personal GP growth targets
- Foster global and regional customer relationships
- Drive and attend quarterly review sessions with key clients
- Market and customer development, especially new strategic markets and strategic clients
- Strategy development for the vertical and the future direction
- Develop strategic and financial plans for defined periods up to 5 years
- Achieve buy-in for and then execute and sustain agreed strategy
- Act as subject matter expert for major project implementations and lead Hellmann business units
- Lead, develop and grow the people in the consumer goods vertical as well as indirect team members around the world
- Provide leadership, motivation and direction
» Your Skills:
- Completed studies with focus on business administration or logistics plus appropriate additional qualification
- Preferred commercial training as a "Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen"
- Very good knowledge of the global market and competitive environment in the products Air, Sea, R&R and CL with focus on consumer goods
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Flexibility in travel up to 75% (50% International and 25% European Travel)
- Location flexible, preferred in proximity of a major international airport (EU or NA based)
- A convincing personality with a confident manner and strong contact and presentation skills
