Role Profile and Key Responsibilities:
- Identification of business opportunities based on customer needs feedback as well as new global accounts based on market analysis
- Maintaining and expanding a book of business with assigned global customers
- Coordinating customer RFQ’s, presenting proposals and concluding transactions
- Establishing Service Level Agreements and Standard Operating Procedures with the assigned global customers
- Coordinating the implementation of new business for the global customers by directing company implementation resources and by managing customers’ expectations
- Responsible for the handling of customer complaints and ensuring successful implementation of solutions
- Close cooperation with all internal stakeholders and representing Hellmann as the highest hierarchy level for the assigned customers
Key Skills and Requirements:
- University degree in International Management or other similar qualification
- Extensive experience in managing complex global customers in the automotive industry
- Profound professional experience in positions with significant accountability in business development
- Prior track record of achievement in an account management position
- Convincing personality with a confident attitude, excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong enthusiasm for active sales work and a high customer orientation
- Fluent communication skills in German and English as well as a Driver's license
