» Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and conducting of globally aligned sales training programs

  • Design, develope and adjust trainings and development programs

  • Creation and maintenance of the knowledge database

  • Create content of Micro learning 

  • Implementation of learning success controls, employee coaching

  • Identify training and development needs within the sales organization

  • Revise trainings and individual learning paths

  • Facilitate classroom and virtual trainings, design e-learnings and blended learning programs

  • Training on the job 

  • Announce and register upcoming courses

 

» Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Completed first university degree (Bachelor) or a Master's degree is beneficial

  • Profound experience in sales learning and development, preferably in the logistics environment

  • Energetic leadership personality, excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Trainer/coaching education and first professional experience in the field of training/coaching

  • Pro active, supportive, self-motivated and goal-oriented way of working

  • Innovator and digital native

  • Fluent English, other language skills are beneficial

  • Flexibility and readiness for travelling
