Your Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen our global talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent across diverse business areas.
  • Define and standardize onboarding processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and the candidate experience.
  • Lead the development and global implementation of our employer branding strategy, ensuring alignment with regional and local needs.
  • Design, execute, and manage HR marketing initiatives to boost Hellmann’s employer brand, particularly in the IT sector.
  • Continuously improve and optimize our global career site for an engaging and user-friendly experience.
  • Leverage HR analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of recruiting, onboarding, and branding efforts, driving data-informed improvements.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders and HR teams, offering insights into global talent trends, recruitment innovations, and industry best practices.

Your profile:

  • You hold a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
  • You have several years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruiting and employer branding in an international setting.
  • You have deep expertise in HR marketing strategies and digital employer branding.
  • You are proactive, hands-on, and bring both creativity and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • You thrive in diverse teams, actively embrace new perspectives, and foster collaboration.
  • You have strong intercultural communication skills and the ability to navigate a global work environment.
  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written); German language skills are a plus.
