Global Tender Manager Automotive Customers (m/f/d)

» Your responsibilities:

• Processing and coordination of tenders in particular for air and ocean freight
• Processing of opportunities, price requests and rate updates for our global automotive customers
• Analysis of customer requirements, reports and data as well as preparation of offer concept presentations in the tender process
• Close collaboration with pricing teams, product functions as well as various other interfaces and functions within the company
• Cooperation with the Global Account Manager in the processing of opportunities for our international customers in the area of Hellmann Automotive Logistics

» Your key skills:

• Successfully completed studies, ideally in the field of business administration or completed training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d) or comparable qualification.
• Practical experience in tender management air and sea freight desirable
• Strong analytical skills to understand complex context
• Proficient knowledge of the MS Office package (especially Excel)
• Very good written and spoken English
• Ability to work in a team, organizational skills and a structured way of working
