» Your Responsibilities:
- Legal advice and close strategic collaboration with the UK management and the Eastern European regional management
- Advice and support on all legal matters in an international logistics group, in particular in the field of transport and logistics law focusing on the UK and the Eastern European region (including i.a. Austria, Azerbaijan, Estonia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine and Uzbekistan)
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating of contracts
- Corporate law support for the business units
- Contact person for and management of external legal advisors
- Support in cross-divisional projects
» Your Profile:
- Relevant professional experience of at least 3 years in a large law firm, a law firm specializing in transport and logistics law or a comparable inhouse environment
- Experience in the field of transport and logistics law
- Fully qualified lawyer holding above average German or foreign legal degree. Ideally also UK qualified.
- Excellent communication skills and confident appearance
- Independent and structured way of working
- Willingness to travel
- Business fluent in English, knowledge of Eastern European languages an advantage but not mandatory
