» Your Responsibility:
- Responsibility for agile project planning and execution
- Apply agile principles and methodologies to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
- Facilitate the creation of a prioritized backlog
- Conduct a dive deep into business requirements to understand the root cause of problems as well as specify solution ideas and write user stories
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and adaptation based on feedback and lessons learned
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication, collaboration and feedback loops throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and demonstrations to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and incorporate insights into project iterations
- Be a strong advocate of self-organization and cross-functional collaboration among the various project members
- Provide coaching, guidance and support to team members, enabling them to deliver their best work and continuously grow their skills.
» Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, IT Management, Logistics)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in (agile) project management
- Experience in logistics industry is a strong benefit
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and ideally their applications in the logistics sector
- Proven experience in applying agile principles and methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, OKR) to deliver successful projects
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement
- Experience in analysing and structuring complex requirements with the ambition and skills to always keep it short and simple. Even in the most unclear situations.
- You welcome change and have a growth mindset. You learn quickly and strive to improve every day.
- You speak English fluently, any other language is a plus
