» Your responsibilities:
- Steer and drive the Workday implementation on a global scale
- Leading a team of HR and IT experts on a global and regional level
- Functional and future disciplinary leadership in the project organization
- Define and support the creation and digitalization of HR processes in close cooperation with HR process owners
- Building a strong network with internal and external stakeholder
- Steering the Workday Implementation Partner and consultancies
- Implementing a transparent communication and reporting structure
- Be a sparring partner and coach within the HR transformation
» Your profile:
- A background in economics, business informatics, or a similar field with several years of experience in HR IT
- Deep knowledge of HR processes and HR IT systems (preferably Workday)
- Experienced in leading and implementing global HR IT projects and in digitalization of HR processes
- Strong change management skills applied in an international context
- Strong prioritization and delegation skills
- Experienced in effective communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders such as works council and external vendors
- Good negotiation and conflict management skills
- Fluent in English
- Ideally good knowledge of German
- Willingness to travel - Project stay worldwide necessary
