Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination and taking ownership of the entire tender process from planning to final result
- Working closely with the Sales, Product Teams and all other internal stakeholders to translate a tender strategy into a tactical project plan
- Overseeing the coordination of this plan, and taking ownership of those parts that fall under the Tendermanagement responsibility
- Supporting the Account Owner in the analysis of customers’ needs and all tender related processes
- Driving continuous improvement through a strong tender follow-up with all stakeholders within the tender management process
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum of University Bachelor degree or Logistics Apprenticeship or equivalent experience
- Experience in Seafreight and Airfreight product
- Experiences in various areas of freight forwarding (sales, operations, customer service etc.)
- Advanced level MS Office and business applications
- Highly analytical and ability to creatively translate complexity into clear instructions understood by all organizational levels
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, written and spoken
- Strong understanding and practical know-how of coordinating various independent stakeholders under a tight deadline
- Experience in professional project management in an international environment
