» Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate system set-up requirements

  • Perform system configuration, master data set-up, data migration, testing and support rollouts

  • Ensure the set-up of the new TMS fulfils business needs

  • Perform software quality management

  • Support TMS enhancements, ensure testing and audit compliance together with the business leaders and the project team

  • Coordinate and review business documentation, including changes to business process documentation and training materials

  • Work closely with Product teams, trainers and finance

  • Support customer integration projects

  • Set-up and continually improve workflows, develop and optimize the use of TMS features at the company level

  • Support business units in terms of understanding TMS functionalities

 

» Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Understanding of the global freight forwarding industry    

  • Experience with TMS set-up/configuration

  • Experience with CargoWise One

  • Profound knowledge and experience in requirements engineering for software solutions

  • Experience in software testing

  • Strong analytical and intuitive investigative skills

  • Excellent organizational - and communication skills

  • The ability to work in a project and team environment across different assignments and cultures
