Business Process Manager focus Airfreight Processes (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic Airfreight related business process improvement and transformation projects
Work collaboratively with Airfreight business process owners to define business needs and create business cases
Work collaboratively with the global and regional Airfreight Management leadership team to create an Airfreight business process improvement project portfolio and create a prioritization methodology
Implement business process improvements in the nature of process automation and digitalization, organizational changes, process transformation and standardization
Key Skills and Requirements:
Solid understanding of the global airfreight forwarding industry
Experience with airfreight processes
Experience with the implementation of process improvement projects (automation/digitalization, process changes and standardization, organizational changes)
Experience in Business Process Management and methodologies such as lean, agile, design thinking or business process modeling
Strong analytical and investigative skills
Strong self-confidence, decision making and problem solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong project management skills
The ability to work in a project and team environment across different assignments and cultures
Ability to establish credibility amongst a range of management team members
Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to effectively deal with all levels of employees
Strong moderation and facilitation skills
Flexible towards traveling and longer stays abroad
