» Your responsibilities:
- Conceptualization, implementation and continuous development of the global renumeration structure, processes and tools
- Roll-out and further development of our global job architecture and grading
- Steering the global Bonus Process for our Top management
- Definition and roll out of new Global Bonus Schemes
- Ensuring a fair and competitive Compensation & Benefit structure, considering market trends, benchmarking, company resources, and local requirements
- Creation and provision of reports, KPIs and analysis for Compensation & Benefit data
- Consultation and enablement of internal stakeholders and close collaboration with regional and local HR-, Finance and IT-responsible
- Designing and conducting training sessions for various user groups (internal HR colleagues and managers)
» Your profile:
- You have a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related subject area
- You have several years of experience in Compensation & Benefit in an international context
- You have strong knowledge and experience in the conceptualization and implementation of Compensation & Benefit concepts, preferably in a matrix organization
- You are experienced in HR systems, ideally Workday, and grading methodology
- You are strong in project management and love to take responsibility
- You combine a structured and analytical way of working with a “hands-on mentality” and solution-orientation
- You have strong intercultural as well as communication and stakeholder management skills
- You are fluent in English
