The audit team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics SE & Co KG is responsible for all internal audit issues worldwide. You will report directly to the Global Head of Internal Audit and work in a team focused on developing and improving processes and the internal control system in a multinational and multicultural organization. With offices in 57 countries worldwide, we are looking for audit and finance professionals with IT or operational backgrounds to drive innovation as a team.

» Your responsibilities:
- Preparation of audits using data analysis, review of documentation and identification of focus topics
- Execution of process audits and entity audits in a team
- Identification of potential for improvement as well as clear and well-founded recommendations for strengthening internal controls and improving process efficiency
- Preparation of precise and clear audit reports
- Monitoring of audit results by conducting follow-ups and reporting on the status of the recommendations
- Supporting the business units in the development of solutions to minimize risks through effective and efficient controls
- Support of corporate management to achieve strategic corporate goals
- Continuous improvement of audit methodology through state-of-the-art audit approaches and IT tools (AI, Data Warehouse, Power BI, Excel)
» Your key skills:
- Excellent university degree, preferably in business administration, IT or Logistics
- At least 5 - 8 years of professional experience in logistics and/or auditing, preferably in an international environment
- Profound knowledge in at least one of the areas of sales, operations, finance and supporting functions
- Very high level of analytical thinking and entrepreneurial attitude with a results-oriented mindset
- Very good communication skills
- Team Player
- Willingness to travel worldwide
- In-depth IT knowledge
- Ideally, knowledge of big data analysis and data analysis software
- Fluent in spoken and written English, German preferable
